Responsive 336x280 Banner Ads

Two responsive 336x280 banner ad positions are available on all YIMBY pages.  The top display ad position is the most prominent banner ad position on New York YIMBY.  Ads appear in rotation with those of other advertisers, proportionate to your total impression buy.  The monthly minimum buy is 100,000 ad views (impressions) with a 3 month minimum term.  This option is best for ad agencies and sophisticated advertisers who have the ability to create ads in-house.

Self-Manageable Banner Ads

Self-manageable ads that appear on all pages of New York YIMBY, towards the bottom of the right column.  These ads can be edited and self-maintained through our online portal.  Ideal for brokers who wish to advertise a high-priced property listing.  Just upload an image and some text, and your ad is live on the site!

Facebook and Google Ads
